1. 1. Sort through your working-space.  Are you finding that you have unnecessary clutter, like bottles that need to be recycled, or ink cartridges that need to be disposed of?  No worries.  Start making piles.  Try to separate between what you believe to be recyclable and what you believe to be disposable in your local dumpster.  This will make making trips to dispose of the items easier at the end. This will also help to cut back on the amount of trash that is improperly disposed of.  If you are questioning whether things are to be recycled or just thrown out, be sure to look it up.  Better to be Green than sorry!
2. 2. Are you finding that the summer months are inspiring the need for new furniture? Not a problem.  Many local thrift stores, churches, etc, would love to take your gently used items to help you make room for newer items.  And! You can feel great knowing it goes to a family in need.

Make a list for yourself.  As your day of cleaning out your workspace comes to a close, make a quick list for yourself of things you still need, and also things that you are throwing away.  This can help you to not make the same mistakes for next year.  For example, did you accidentally find six boxes of staples because you kept forgetting that you had already bought them?  This list can you help you take inventory AND help you to save money by not purchasing item you do not yet need.
